We’re hosting a special Children’s Countryfile Ramble for Children in Need!

Join us….
When: Saturday 5th October
Time: 1 pm
Where: Rivington Pike, Horwich, Lancashire
Meeting: Rivington Barn Cafe, next to Go Ape

This is the second year we have organised this, and we are hoping to smash our last total of £525!

The ramble will be children friendly, and around 4 miles in total.  We will be leaving from Rivington Barn Cafe, rambling up to the top of Rivington Pike, taking in the beautiful scenery, the house ruins, Pigeon Tower, the beautifully restored Japanese Gardens, as well as the amazing views!  Once at the top, we will stop for sandwiches and snacks, before meandering back down to the cafe for some well earned coffee and ice-cream!

We hope as many people will be able to attend as possible!  Whittle-le-Woods Primary School will be invited, so hopefully as many as my son’s year 4 friends and class mates will be able to attend, as well as his those from his Cub group!

You can download a Children_in_Need_Sponsorship_Form here.

A Just Giving Page has also been set-up for anyone wishing to sponsor us, either before or on the day, we really don’t mind… www.justgiving.com/fundraising/motherandnature

Here are a few pics from the last Children’s Ramble for Children in Need…  Hopefully all those who made it last year can attend again, plus a few new faces!

      Hi Emma,
yes dogs are allowed, as long as they’re well behaved around children, just in case some are a bit afraid of dogs!
Hope to see you there later!
      Thank
      Sam 🙂
